Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

These terms cover this website. They’re short because the site is short: it describes an app that isn’t out yet, and it lets you join a waitlist.

This site is informational

Everything on this page describes what AfterClose is intended to do. It’s written honestly and in good faith, but it’s a description of a product in development, not a contract for one.

The app isn't released, and it may change

Features, screens, message wording, gift selection, and prices shown here may change before launch, and some may not ship at all. We’ll try to keep this page honest as things evolve.

Joining the waitlist isn't a guarantee

Leaving your email means we’ll tell you when the app is available. It doesn’t reserve you a spot, guarantee access, lock in a price, or create any obligation on either side. You can ask to be removed at any time.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that it will be available without interruption, error-free, or accurate in every detail, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfterClose is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from relying on information published here about an unreleased product.

Independence

AfterClose is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., any brokerage, franchise, association, or multiple listing service. Product names mentioned here belong to their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AfterClose is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We’ll name that jurisdiction specifically when the app launches.

Questions

This is a starting point and not legal advice — have counsel review before launch.
